Services Provided

• Air ticket bookings for domestic and international flights.
• Visa processing and documentation assistance.
• Travel-related advisory services.

Bookings

• All air ticket bookings and visa processing services are subject to availability and must be confirmed with payment.
• You are required to provide accurate personal details (name, passport number, etc.) to complete your booking.
• All bookings for flights or visa services must be made in advance as per the timeline provided.

Payments & Pricing

• All prices are quoted in INR and may be subject to change based on availability, booking date, and applicable taxes.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking for flight tickets and visa services unless otherwise specified.
• Additional fees may apply for urgent visa processing, extra services, or changes in flight details.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

• Flight Tickets: Once a flight ticket is booked and confirmed, cancellations are subject to the airline’s policies. You may incur cancellation fees or may not be eligible for a refund depending on the airline’s terms.
• Visa Processing Services: Visa application services once initiated cannot be canceled or refunded. The application fee is non-refundable, even if the visa is not approved by the respective embassy or consulate.

Refund Policy

• Flight Tickets: Refunds for canceled flights are subject to airline policies. Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded. For refundable tickets, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Visa Processing Fees: Fees for visa processing are non-refundable after submission of the application, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations by the Airline

• If your flight is canceled by the airline, you will be offered an alternative flight or a full refund, subject to the airline’s policy.
• We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any flight cancellations or changes, but the final decision regarding refunds and rebooking rests with the airline.

Changes to Bookings

• Changes to flight bookings or visa details (e.g., name correction, flight date change) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or penalties as per airline or visa service policies.
• Changes must be requested at least 74 hours before the scheduled departure for flight bookings and as per visa processing timelines.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics), we are not liable for flight cancellations, visa delays, or rejections. Refund eligibility in such cases will depend on the airline’s or embassy’s policies.

Liability

• We act as an intermediary between the customer and the airlines, embassies, or visa authorities and cannot be held responsible for the actions of third-party providers.
• We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or issues related to the airline’s flights or visa approvals.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by those changes.
