UK Visa – Additional Requirements Based on Applicant Type
For Employed Applicants: Leave approval letter from the employer with official seal and signature, along with the last 3 months’ salary slips.
For Self-Employed Individuals: Business registration documents such as MOA or partnership deed, company’s bank statement for the last 6 months, and IT returns for the past 3 years.
For Retired Persons: Proof of retirement, such as a pension book or recent pension statement.
For Students: Valid student ID card and a bonafide certificate from the school, college, or institution.
For Minors: Birth certificate, notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) on ₹100 stamp paper from parents/non-accompanying parent(s), and parent’s ID proof (Passport or PAN card).
If Visiting Friends or Relatives: Invitation letter from the host, a copy of the host’s ID proof (Passport or Resident Permit), and address proof such as an electricity or utility bill.
If Sponsored: Sponsorship letter, sponsor’s valid national ID (Passport, PAN card, or Resident Permit), latest 6 months’ bank statement, and income tax returns for the past 3 years.
For Business Visa Applicants: Invitation letter from the hosting company outlining the trip purpose and business details, and a covering letter from the Indian company printed on official letterhead.
