SOUTH KOREA Visa – General Document Requirements
    • Original Passport with a validity of at least 6 months and a minimum of 3 blank pages; include all previous passports, if available.
    • Completed Visa Application Form.
    • Two recent colour photographs as per the required photo specifications.
    • Personal Covering Letter:
      • On plain paper for employed applicants.
      • On company letterhead for self-employed applicants.
    • Original updated bank statements for the last 6 months.
    • Income Tax Returns (ITR) or Form 16 for the past 2 years.
    • Confirmed return flight tickets.
    • Hotel reservation for the duration of stay.
SOUTH KOREA Visa – Additional Requirements Based on Applicant Type
    • If Employed:
      • Original leave approval letter from employer, duly signed and stamped.
      • Salary slips for the last 3 months.
    • If Self-Employed:
      • Business registration certificate / Memorandum of Association / Partnership deed.
      • Company’s updated bank statements for the past 6 months.
      • Company’s Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 years.
    • If Retired:
      • Proof of retirement, such as a pension book or statement.
    • If Student:
      • Valid School / College / Institute ID Card.
      • Bonafide certificate from the educational institution.
    • If Minor:
      • Birth Certificate.
      • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from both parents or the non-accompanying parent, on ₹100 stamp paper.
      • Parent’s ID proof, such as Passport or PAN Card.
    • If Visiting Friends or Relatives:
      • Invitation letter from the host.
      • Host’s ID proof, such as Passport, Alien Registration Card, or Employment Certificate.
      • Proof of host’s address (e.g., Electricity bill, Utility bill, etc.).
      • Proof of relationship (for family visits).
    • If Sponsored:
      • Letter of sponsorship.
      • Sponsor’s national ID proof, such as Passport, PAN Card, or Resident Permit.
      • Sponsor’s updated bank statements for the last 6 months.
      • Sponsor’s Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 years.
    • For Business Visa:
      • Invitation letter from the host company detailing the purpose of visit and business activities.
      • Covering letter from the Indian company on its official letterhead.
      • Business registration certificate of both the Indian and the host company.
