Singapore Visa – Additional Requirements Based on Applicant Type
For Employed Individuals: A leave approval letter from your employer (duly signed and stamped), along with salary slips for the past three months.
For Self-Employed Applicants: Proof of business ownership such as a Business Registration Certificate, Memorandum of Association (MOA), or Partnership Deed, along with the company's bank statements for the last 6 months and income tax returns for the past 3 years.
For Retired Persons: Documents confirming retirement status, such as a pension book or recent pension account statements.
For Students: A valid student ID card accompanied by a bonafide certificate issued by the educational institution.
For Minors: A copy of the birth certificate, a notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) from both or the non-accompanying parent(s) on ₹100 stamp paper, and a copy of parent’s identification proof (Passport or PAN card).
When Visiting Family or Friends: An invitation letter from the host, a copy of their passport or residency permit, and a recent utility bill as proof of address.
If the Trip is Sponsored: A sponsorship letter along with the sponsor's valid identification (Passport, PAN card, or residency proof), bank statement for the last 6 months, and income tax returns for the previous 3 years.
For Business Visits: A formal invitation letter from the company in Singapore outlining the purpose and details of the visit, plus a covering letter from the Indian company printed on its official letterhead.
