Ireland Visa – General Document Requirements
  • Valid original passport with a minimum of six months’ validity and at least three blank pages, including all previous passports if applicable.
  • Completed Ireland visa application form.
  • Two recent color photographs meeting the official photo specifications.
  • Personal cover letter—on plain paper for employed applicants or on company letterhead for self-employed individuals.
  • Original, updated bank statements for the last six months.
  • Income Tax Returns or Form 16 for the past three years.
  • Confirmed round-trip flight tickets.
  • Hotel reservation confirmation.
  • Detailed day-wise travel itinerary.
  • Travel insurance with minimum coverage of EUR 30,000.
Ireland Visa – Additional Requirements Based on Applicant Type
  • If Employed: Original leave approval certificate with company seal and signature; salary slips for the last 3 months.
  • If Self-Employed: Business registration license, Memorandum of Association (MOA), or partnership deed; updated company bank statements for the last 6 months; company income tax returns for the past 3 years.
  • If Retired: Proof of retirement such as a pension book or recent pension statements.
  • If Student: Valid school, college, or institute ID card; bonafide certificate from the institution.
  • If Minor: Birth certificate; notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) from parents or non-accompanying parent on Rs. 100/- stamp paper; ID proof of parent (passport or PAN card).
  • If Visiting Friends or Relatives: Invitation letter; inviter’s ID proof (passport or resident permit); proof of address such as an electricity or utility bill.
  • If Sponsored: Sponsorship letter; sponsor’s valid national ID (passport, PAN card, or resident permit); updated bank statements for the last 6 months; income tax returns for the past 3 years.
  • For Business Visa: Invitation letter from the host company detailing the purpose of the trip and business information; covering letter from the Indian company on official letterhead.
