Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation by the Customer
* Flight Tickets: Once a flight ticket is booked and confirmed, cancellations are subject to the
Airline’s policies. You may incur cancellation fees or may not be eligible for a refund depending on the airline’s terms.* Visa Processing Services: Visa application services once initiated cannot be canceled or refunded. The application fee is non-refundable, even if the visa is not approved by the respective embassy or consulate.

* Flight Tickets: Refunds for canceled flights are subject to airline policies. Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded. For refundable tickets, a cancellation fee may apply.
* Visa Processing Fees: Fees for visa processing are non-refundable after submission of the application, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
* Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
